Year 2005 marks the 10th anniversary of HK Public Relations Professionals’ Association(PRPA). The Anniversary Dinner cum Talk, a milestone celebratory event, will be held on 1 December 2005 (Thursday) 7:30pm at The Hong Kong Bankers Club, Central, Hong Kong. We have great honour to have invited Prof. Lau Siu-kai, Head of the HKSAR Central Policy Unit, as the Guest of Honour to officiate and deliver keynote speech on the captioned topic at the dinner.
